Our founding and mangement team is a uniquely collaborative group of top University graduates from various fields who are interested and dedicated to creating a community that encourages and engages students to flourish academically, personally and socially.

Vincent Dadzie, Co-Founder and CEO

Vincent Dadzie, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, holds a degree in Bachelor of Education, Accounting and Economics from the University of Cape Coast. Vincent Dadzie is a motivational speaker of a visionary and enthusiastic character, with an extensive experience and outstanding credentials in the speaking profession.

He is reponsible for leading the development and execution of the organization’s long term strategy with a view to creating donnors value. He reports directly to and is accountable to the board of directors for the performance of Motivation2Learn.

 

Angela S. Fansey, Co-Founder and Chief Program Officer

 

 

Angela Selorm Fansey, Co-Founder and Chief Programs Officer, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Theatre Arts from the University of Ghana, Legon. Angela Selorm Fansey has extensive experience working with students from underserved communities and has a great passion for children.

 

She is providing an administrative and communication support for the organization. She is responsible for the overall development, expansion, integration and implementation of Motivation2Learn’s program strategy.

Obeng Peter Kwasi., Co-Founder and IT Officer

Obeng Peter Kwasi is a thought leader, educator, youth mentor and blogger. Peter has proven skills in leadership and youth mentorship. He holds a B.A in Social Science Education (Political science and Geography) from the University of Education,Winneba.
 
He is guided by the popular dictum "the best way to find yourself is to loose yourself in the service of others. 
 
Peter is a current Teaching Fellow of Teach For Ghana, dedicating two years of his life to  teaching underserved children in Northern Ghana
 
At Motivation2Learn, Peter provides support in IT related issues,  and speaking engagements.
Peter believes that to drive change in the country it will require a change in the mindset of the younger generation.

Ali Eliasu, Co-Founder and Policy Development/ Research advisor

Ali Eliasu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering. His strong obsession for sustainability made him identify with Teaching.

 

He has pioneered and successfully implemented a bookdrive for Kalpohin Kamria, an underserved Junior High School in Tamale through a *1Student1Book* initiative. He believes that ambitions transcend all condditions and that an excellent education is the sole nuturer of virteous ambitions.

He develops policies and conducts researches to determine which schools, districts or regions need more attention. He directs the operational activities of Motivation2Learn to meet the pressing needs of students. 

 

Lolo Amevinya, Sponsorship/Grant and Contract Officer

Lolo Amevinya, Sponsorship/Grant and Contract Officer, holds a Baccalaureate in English Language and Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon. Lolo Amevinya has accrued diversified knowledge in the area of Education and Student Development serving as a Fellow of Teach for Ghana.

He supports Motivvation2Learn in the area of securing grants and sponsorships to finance projects. He develops and implements a fundraising strategy to secure revenue for the Motivation2Learn. He meets donations targets by approaching members of the public ('community fundraising'), high value donors, companies, trusts and statutory organizations.
 

His work centers on establishing contacts with stakeholders. Lolo is passionate about his line of work because he believes every child has the capacity to excel if he or she is rightly motivated and guided.

Stephen Senyo Tettegah, Legal and Public relation Officer

Stephen Senyo Tettegah is a graduate of University of Ghana where he read BA. Political Science and English Language. He has worked with different students at different levels across five regions in Ghana.

A dynamic leader and generational thinker, Mr Tettegah is full of passion to empower the youth and young ones to be good decision makers and thoughtful citizens who would not only chase their dreams, but also rise to build the nation.

He is the Legal and Public Relations Officer for for Motivation2Learn. He uses a wide range of media to build and sustain a good image for Motivation2Learn through planned publicity campaigns and PR activities.

Richard Obeng Yeboah, Financial and Account Director

Richard Obeng Yeboah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Mathematics and Computer Science from University of Ghana, Legon. Richard is highly interested in extending the right hand of quality educational support to people who are educationally deprived. He is currently the financial director and officer of Motivation2Learn.

Richard has four years experience in teaching specifically, in the mathematics discipline. Richard believes that motivation is key in all our endeavors especially in the educational lives of students. Having conducted a research in Returns to education in Ghana, Richard found out that, the quality of education a student had can influence his/ her return thus, decided to join this train of change movement so that at least, every student can get access to quality education and motivation to study.

Emmanuel Nyamador, Ashanti Regional Team Leader

Emmanuel Nyamador, Ashanti Regional Team Leader, holds a first Degree in Integrated Development Studies from the University for Development Studies, Ghana where he focused on the inequalities within the education sector in Ghana. He has over five years of experience in the community development sector, specifically focusing on rural and community development.

He has worked with Teach for Ghana as Information and Communication Technology Teacher for limited time. He is currently the Principal Administrator at Akumadan S.H.S in Ashanti region. Emmanuel is driven by his commitment to educational freedom and is our representative and a team leader in Ashanti region. He is responsible to extending Motivation2Learn opportunities to students in the region.
